From: September 2012 – to – April 2013.

• Engaged with Congress activists – Senior Congress, Youth Congress and other frontal organizations of the Party to create awareness and take ownership of the Direct Benefit Transfer Program of the Congress led UPA Government.
• Engaged with respective District Administrations and Implementing Agencies to ensure smooth roll-out of the DBT program; special emphasis on Aadhaar Enrollment and Bank Linkages. Engaged with respective Ministry to resolve issues that emerge in the field.
• Campaign – Publicize DBT among students in North Goa
• Campaign – Organized a 2-day Motorbike rally in the North Goa district on 13^th and 14^th of April, 2013.
