• “Mahila Sunvaai” program – organized on 9^th of January 2013, Gandhi Bhavan, Mumbai. A panel discussion organized to contemplate on various efforts / actions/ programs that can be undertaken to counter the increasing crimes and atrocities against women. The Women Core Committee is following up with some of the concrete suggestions that came forward through this sunvaai.
• Worked on the concept of “Mi Swayamsiddha” – Saksham Mi, Samarth Mi. A platform created by the MPYC for young women to come together and contemplate on the issues they face and seek amicable solutions.
• Co-ordination of “Mi Swayamsiddha”  Women’s Convention at Solapur in September 2012
• Co-ordination of “Mi Swayamsiddha” Women’s Convention at Jalna in 6^th January 2013.
• Identifying and strengthening young women congress workers in Ahmednagar, Nashik and Pune Districts of Maharashtra.
